Terms of use
Last updated October 7, 2026.
Thank you for buying a resource from Michelle Writes... and Codes. These terms explain how you may use the digital files you download from this site. They work the same way as a single license on Teachers Pay Teachers.
Your license: one teacher, one classroom
Each purchase gives one teacher the right to use the resource with their own students. You may:
- Print and copy the pages as many times as you need for your own students, year after year.
- Project the slides and pages in your classroom.
- Share the files with your own students through a password-protected learning system, such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, or Canvas.
- Send pages home with your students for homework or family practice.
- Use the resource with your own children at home, or with a homeschool group you teach.
Please don't
- Share the files with other teachers, a whole grade level, or a whole school. Each teacher who uses the resource needs their own license. If you'd like extra licenses for your team, email me and we'll work it out.
- Post the files, or any part of them, on a public website, blog, shared drive, or social media where people outside your class can get them.
- Sell, resell, or give away the files, or claim them as your own work.
- Use the files, the artwork, or the text to make a resource of your own to sell or share.
Sharing a photo of the resource in use in your classroom, or a link to this site, is always welcome.
Who owns it
All resources, text, and artwork are © Michelle Writes... and Codes, except for fonts and clip art used under their own licenses. Buying a license lets you use the resource as described above. It doesn't transfer ownership.
Delivery
Resources are digital downloads, so there is nothing to ship. After you pay, you go straight to a download page with your files. Each download button works for 7 days, and you can return to the same page any time for fresh ones. If you lose the page, use Lost your download? or email me. Because a digital file can't be returned, sales are final.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. See the privacy policy for what that means for your information.
The fine print
The resources are provided as they are, for classroom teaching. Links to free outside tools (such as Scratch, Tinkercad, or Google Slides) are offered as a convenience, and those tools are run by other companies under their own terms. I may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top will always show the latest version.
